Our environmental and planning services include preparation of environmental impact reports, environmental impact statements, initial studies, environmental assessments, phase one site assessments, policy planning and specific evaluations in the following areas: land use planning, biology, archaeology, historic architecture, socioeconomic impacts, visual quality, environmental justice issues, and preparation of mitigation monitoring programs.
